NEW COUPLES of the year 2009!!

Hmmm..well.. this is kinda interesting topic..Our class have COUPLES!! haha..want to get to know ? Pls read the following...*I apologize for my ....arghh...haha* I get this idea from rui yan as he wants me to spam something on this blog..hehe.. He requested me to write Wil Son and Quenna..Thats so bad of him..hmmm..

Saying about couples.. Any idea what is called truely a long lasting couple? before i write the pairs of couples in our class alone, let me give some introduction..haha
Is couples meant to hold hand, kiss and those? Anyway, couples must understand each other and forgive whoever that had done wrong..Forgiving is a kind of way to show love and appreciation to both opposite sex.. yea..and others?

1. Must have good eye contact between each other.
2. DONT try to cheat ur boyfriend/girlfriend.
3. Just tell the fact although u done something wrong..
4. DONT release tension on her/him.

So..waiting for this now? Let me introduce the newly born couples in 2009 !! errkk..maybe some not together though..haha..

YEAH!!! AT last...we manage to go for an outing to YAKI YAKI opposite low yat plaza.. DINNER time!! Went about 5pm after we finished supporting HELP HESC club for earth hour event! muahaha..wristband !! glow in the dark wey !! hehe.. We went back to HELP university and go from there..turned and turned around..Really sorry guys!! hehe..lead to the wrong way pulak.. KL is not an really ideal location somehow..maybe for me! haha..

Chen Yee and Rui yan both are driving all of us (Anne, Chin Ming, Wil Son, Kah Meng and Jason)..but in the fact that, we are LOST! hehe..well, but we managed to reach after 1 hr.. haha..jam right..Yaki yaki cost about rm50 per pax! Delicious food, nice environment and definitely COOL!

Title: The effect of Stress Inoculation Training on Stress Management in College Students

Description:

This present study would like to discover the effect of Stress Inoculation Training on stress management in college students. Participants will have to attend for 3 weekly sessions of training. Then, participants will be assessed on their stress level and stress resources in the end of last sessions.

Eligibility

• Gender: Males and Females
• Age: 18-30
• Others: Year one and year two students only. Participants need to attend a series of sessions and only participants that can attend to all of the required sessions sign up for this experiment. Participants can only choose to sign up for either Session 1 (which included Session 1,2,3) or Session 4 (which included Session 4,5).
