1st class outings..^^v

YEAH!!! AT last...we manage to go for an outing to YAKI YAKI opposite low yat plaza.. DINNER time!! Went about 5pm after we finished supporting HELP HESC club for earth hour event! muahaha..wristband !! glow in the dark wey !! hehe.. We went back to HELP university and go from there..turned and turned around..Really sorry guys!! hehe..lead to the wrong way pulak.. KL is not an really ideal location somehow..maybe for me! haha..

Chen Yee and Rui yan both are driving all of us (Anne, Chin Ming, Wil Son, Kah Meng and Jason)..but in the fact that, we are LOST! hehe..well, but we managed to reach after 1 hr.. haha..jam right..Yaki yaki cost about rm50 per pax! Delicious food, nice environment and definitely COOL!

Title: The effect of Stress Inoculation Training on Stress Management in College Students

Description:

This present study would like to discover the effect of Stress Inoculation Training on stress management in college students. Participants will have to attend for 3 weekly sessions of training. Then, participants will be assessed on their stress level and stress resources in the end of last sessions.

Eligibility

• Gender: Males and Females
• Age: 18-30
• Others: Year one and year two students only. Participants need to attend a series of sessions and only participants that can attend to all of the required sessions sign up for this experiment. Participants can only choose to sign up for either Session 1 (which included Session 1,2,3) or Session 4 (which included Session 4,5).
